I take a LOT of staples out of bulletin boards...this makes it easier to do so quicker. My husband even told me to put a magnet on it so the staples fall right on it.

Years back I had bought some from our local store. They were much smaller, plastic, and had a small hole to fit your index finger in. Even though they were small they were perfect! Better then the one with jaws! I didn't ruin my paper removing staples! But because they were plastic, over time they wore out and broke. I was down to one! I went looking here on Amazon, and I'll be! A two pack! Metal with a soft handle! Sold!!! They work beautifully! The price is great! And honestly this would even make a piece in any stationary gift box for the writer, teacher, school, office, home. The claw (or jaw) staple remover will be a thing of the past!

I bought this because my carpal tunnel is getting worse. I really like this design and quality of this product. It fits really well in my hand and does not slip. It is less stress on taking out those staplers. For the price, it is worth every penny.

I enjoy using this set.... as long as it is a sheet or three of standard looseleaf paper. Any thicker and you risk messing up the face of these paper cutters. I was NOT happy with the goofy pink color. How about a neutral color of forest green or black or medium gray ? These work fine as long as you don't think you are punching out cardboard holes !!!!

I'm glad I found this staple remover, I was using the traditional jaw shaped ones before. This style is easier to hold, doesn't hurt my hands, and causes less damage to paper. The paper clips come out super easy and don't get lost after they're removed. This tool feels sturdy and well made. It has more weight to it than the cheap jaw shaped ones and sits more easily in my hand. It even removes staples from thick stacks of paper. I will probably buy more of these in case mine disappears.

Bought this as a surprise for a couple of secretaries that were tasked with scanning hundreds of documents, most of which were stapled together. Old staple removers were killing their hands and destroying the papers, making it hard to feed the papers into the scanner. This style of staple remover seamlessly removes the staple regardless of how deep the staple goes. Pressure is applied between the palm of the hand and fingers, unlike old type that used pressure between thumb and forefinger.
