In my opinion the best scent I've come acrossed yet!

Not Miami Refuge by Charlotte Russe,
I thought I was getting a repackaged version of Miami Refugeby Charlotte Russe definitely not that. The Refuge I received smells bad, I hate it although it is by Charlotte Russe. It is saying it is not returnable. Wonder why! Unfortunately I ordered 2 bottles, so now it is a loss.
