It mostly fit my 8 gallon Polarware kettle. It stands about an inch taller than the rim of the kettle but for my money, it'll work just fine. Plus, this will fit nicely in the 10 gallon kettle I plan to buy later this year. This should make BIAB brewing MUCH easier for me with no bag to fool with or worry about melting should I need to apply a little heat to maintain mash temperature.

This will do the trick for my adjuncts next in my 10 gallon boil (it’s large, so depending on what you use it for you can use bigger kettles). You would not want to sit on it, but it’s strong and sturdy enough. It’s good quality. Nice feet and handle. The stainless is of good quality and do is the workmanship. Exactly what I needed and I’m happy with it.

Works like it should, easy to clean, I've used it a dozen times making beer, and no problems!
