I have only been on this product for about 30 days now, but I saw some improvement right away. I have been doing a lot of reading about the benefits of Nitric Oxide, and saw this product in my Drs office. I bought the Berkley test strips beforehand and knew I was between depleted and low for my N.O. levels. I started this supplement and retested after 5 days. 12 hours after my dose I was showing optimal levels. After 24 hours though it had declined to depleted. This makes me think I really need to take it twice a day for optimum benefit. Let me insert that when it says take with a meal, you need to take it with a meal or immediately therafter as an hour after or on an empty stomach will make you nauseous. After 2 weeks on it, I found myself with more energy and my legs felt lighter. This point puzzled me until I read in Dr Ignarro's book that one of the first things to benefit from increased N.O. levels are your peripheral circulation. I had my husband on a different N.O. boosting product for 6 weeks (NEO40) and his levels weren't going up on the test strips. I switched him to this product and it still wasn't. I have come to the conclusion that my quick response is in part attributable to the other supplements I have been on, that my husband hasn't. I have this weekend added CoQ10, VitaminE, Vitamin C, and Alpha Lipoic Acid to my husbands supplements to see if those make a difference for his levels.

I have tried a few other nitric oxide products. I liked the mix of ingredients of the Cardio Defender product. It has a high level of L-Arginine and L-Citruline. I also am impressed that it includes Beet Juice powder and Coenzyme Q-10. The product delivery was quick, no delays. I started trying this and I think I will like the product. The taste is comparable to other similar products that I have tried and I think it is good. It is sweetened with Stevia and I prefer Stevia as a sweetener. It mixes ok, but not great. It's not a thick drink - like drinking flavored water. But after you mix in water and let it set for a while you will see it settle to the bottom of the glass. Just stir again and drink. I will definitely buy again.

need a better flavor

I've purchased 5 of these and I've seen circulation improvement. I take this with wheat green powder everyday. I just opened my last container and it was hard as a rock. Humidity must of made it hard like a rock. I did break it up and now it looks like a cat litter box with a lot of crumbs. I'm just wondering if the moister took any of the nutrients out of powder. It doesn't disolve as well. I with I would have caught this earlier so I could returned it.

The last two times I ordered this product, the consistency was different. Two orders ago, it was hardened and clumpy, seemed old. The last order that came was a very (very) fine powder, the taste was more powerful. Other than those two orders, I have been very happy with this product. I will continue ordering, however, if the issue described continue, I will look for a replacement. Thank you.

This product does work. I take it 1-2 hr before going to bed it works as it supposed to do. The 'pump' is there and slight pain in chest is all gone for good. Very good value for money !

I'm very disappointed in this product and how the manufacturer presents it. It has Artificial sweeteners in it, which is not made clear. I saw on the Internet all over the place that Sucralose now causes some cancers, including blood cancers. I'm feeling a bit ripped off because if it heals your heart, you may get cancer from all the Sucralose in it. It is quite sweet, as I took one dose and I do feel better, but I'm a health nut and don't eat sugar, chocolate, or any artificial sweeteners, because I feel they are bad for you. If you didn't know it has SUCRALOSE in it, please read the label of ingredients before buying it. I was hopeful this would be something amazing, but anything flavored with artificial sweeteners or colors, I feel can be toxic. Let the buyer beware. I'm hoping to get a refund or find out if they have it unsweetened. The rest of the ingredients seem pretty much all right. Thank you for approving my review.
