Hega Activated Charcoal Pre-filter Wrap 7" Designed to Fit Filter Queen Defender 4000 Dp360

I bought my Filter Queen air cleaner a few years back and was told by the salesman that the filter would last about a year and then I would need to replace the filter for about $100. So when the filter needed to be replaced the the machine went to the basement. A couple of weeks ago I decided to get it out and to try and find a cheaper filter and found it though you at a third of the price. Now the air cleaner will be used regularly and not stored because I can not afford a new filter! Thank you! Your filter is working great. Delivery was as promised as well. This filter doesn't fully cover the hepa filter. It is about 1/4" short in covering top to bottom of the filter.

The filter is just a tiny bit to small. I could hardly get the velcro strips to adhere to eachother. It needs to be about 1/2 inch longer. It took 4 hands to install it. 2 to hold it in place and 2 to put the machine back around it. Otherwise the filter kept coming undone.

This fits my Filter Queen air filter like an original version!!

Great product. Less the price tag of buying direct from the distributor. Works the same.

So far it seems to be working. Like other review said, not the same quality as filter queens. But, for the price it works. My issue was that it was to short to reach itself and connect. Not idea but it will do, not sure if this is common or just a random one every so often is short. So maybe next time I order one it will be long enough.

Can't reset system since we put it on, so don't know if it's the filter, system still works, just can't get the green light to go on
