Horrible and defective
Horrible. I have had to replace two within 14 months. The first one failed one month out of warranty. The replacement one didn’t work right out of the box. Heed the customer reviews and steer clear of this brand. Nature power customer service was no help either. The rep kept repeating “its out of warranty”. They are concerned they are selling a defective product for quite a bit of money. My new replacement is another, more reputable brand.

Very disappointed. And Amazon won't let me return it
never worked properly from day 1. The GFI didn't work at all, and then the alarm starting beeping and it still won't stop beeping no matter what we do. Even disconnected from the the AC, it still beeps. Very disappointed. And Amazon won't let me return it, which makes me think twice about buying from amazon again.
