I was fairly happy with the job they did transcribing the colors, although some were a bit off spectrum (true blacks were dark blue and pinks were turned brownish red and maroon; whites were very blue). As you can see, the end product was beautiful. It used 30 drill colors. I think there were cheaper non-custom kits elsewhere (like Aliexpress), but this was my first experience with a custom photo kit and I didn’t want it to take months. They made and shipped it fairly fast (about 2 weeks?). Happy with it and may buy again. I also show my setup so I can diamond paint from bed—taped it to a wooden breakfast tray and have that on a folding tablet table with a clip on reading light (drills in a 30-compartment travel pillbox).

I have done 6 diamond art pictures this one was my first custom one. The picture came out great but, letters & symbols are very difficult to identify. The diagram chart is so tiny especially with symbols, which actually have 2 symbols the same. The dark letters and symbols are very very difficult to read. Suggestion on the dark squares use white letters and symbols. Light colors use black. Do not duplicate symbols.

The quality of the picture is great. The new way you are packaging is not as good as it was. The numbers are hard to read. Go back to zipped baggies and printed white labels.

Wrong size I asked for a 60x70cm instead of a 30x40.but awesome detail. I actually customized item and size

I haven’t physically started working on this one yet...but I was about in tears with how beautiful it came out...and I checked everything all over on it...and the adhesion is great...and it’s a gift for my girlfriend...even though she knows about it already.

It was beautiful it looked like the photo that I sent to the company!
