I could see the powder in the bottom of the bottle. Then bottle #2 & bottle #3 this continued and this last bottle it was more than just one capsule. Taking these with every meal and more if needed is expensive enough and so yes every capsule counts. Not sure I will be getting again.

These have honestly exceeded my expectations.I've had a gluten sensitivity for years, and normally if I eat gluten, I end up feeling bloated, puffy, and generally regretting my life choices. Since starting these, I've been taking one with every meal, and I've intentionally tested them with foods that would normally leave me feeling miserable.The difference has been noticeable. I don't feel nearly as bloated, I'm more regular than I was before, and while I still occasionally get a little gassy, it passes pretty quickly instead of lingering all day.I was previously using a digestive enzyme from my doctor that cost about twice as much, and so far these have worked just as well for me.Everyone's digestive system is different, so your experience may not be the same as mine. But for me, these have been a fantastic value, and I'll definitely be repurchasing.

I've had my gallbladder removed and have used numerous products to help. Those other products were pretty good, but this product has absolutely been the best. However, I do find I have to take two pills instead of the recommended one pill.I use these with Ox Bile supplements with Align probiotics. Together it's been life-changing.

I have suffered with bloating for 6 years . Looking pregant . This product has flattened my stomach . I don’t have any weird side affects or discomfort. Idk if I’ve lost weight but I defined feel more confident then I have in a really long time .

Pour moi le produit est efficace. Si je mange un peu plus pour des occasions, en en prenant je ne reprends pas de poids, contrairement à avant.Néanmoins je trouve qu'une gélule entière peut-être trop forte et provoque de l'inconfort digestif après. Je vous conseille d'essayer d'abord de ne prendre qu'une demi gélule pour un gros repas et voir si c'est suffisant. Pour moi ça l'est.Voire un tiers ou moins (vous ouvrez la gélule et en diluez un peu dans une petite quantité d'eau ou de jus de fruits en secouant et reversant du liquide s'il en reste, ce n'est pas très bon mais ça va) si vous en prenez régulièrement pour des repas normaux pour perdre du poids.

Aunque he comprobado que el producto me ayuda mucho en mejorar la digestion en comidas copiosas, en ocasiones me ocasiona algun malestar o acidez. Creo que es demasiado quizas para mi caso.
