My daughter has been dancing since she was 2. Her foot runs on the narrow side so Capezio jazz shoes run too wide for her. We found that Bloch in a narrow works perfect for her foot. It was difficult to figure out the sizing after 1.5/2. You need to know that it moves to a women’s sizing after that. So my child that wears a little girls 2.5/3 needed to go to a women’s 5.5. Just a heads up.

My daughter tends to be very picky about shoes that are tight on her feet. These are very comfortable for her and fit exactly as described on the sizing chart.

This is my daughter's secind pair of this brand of jazz shoe. The first pair were wonderful.I'm not sure if they changed the design or I was sent an overpriced knockoff pair but this second pair I ordered because my daughter outgrew her first were very different. They leather upper feels stiff amd more like a plastic immigration. The soles are not soft like tge original pair but rather a hard plastic. These second pair of Bloch jazz shoes don't look of feel amything like the first.I would have returned them but my daughter was so excited upon receiving all of her dance gear that she put her name on all 3 pair of shoes (tap, jazz and ballet). She says they feel "ok" but are "more stiff" than the first pair. I even asked her instructor about the shoes who indicated they did not look like Bloch but rather a much less expensive pair. Age wss confused by the Bloch label inside.I'm very disappointed and hope this is not the company deciding to change the design. Theses shoes are fairly expensive and the quality I received is not in line with the premium price.

They're great jazz shoes but you have to order about 1.5 larger than the regular shoe size.

My kids foot grew over night and these came to the rescue.

These were purchased for a hip-hop class and we are very pleased to report happy feet results for six year old granddaughter! Great fit, holding up well, and most importantly; loving the dance in these shoes!

This is one of the almost rare jazz shoes in the market today, only because Bloch don't make them anymore!!! And if you can find a pair, you're in luck!!! There's probably more out there, but if you go to [...] you won't find them there. But if you can find one, make sure it's one or half size bigger so your little one can enjoy the shoes a bit longer.
