Not enough English for me.
Good for people who catch on fast. In many areas, there is no English translation. I need more help than that.

Not for beginners.
Definitely NOT for beginners. 50 years ago, I took two years of college German. I remember very little but I retain an understanding of how the language/grammar works. This is OK for me for review purposes before my upcoming trip to Germany. Amusingly, the narrator's woice, is wery welwety as he tells us about "werbs."

It's what we're all looking for ❤️
German is not an easy language, especially the part with the grammar. Thpugh I'm learing it for quite long now, there still were parts i couldn't understand how or why would they be the way they must be.Finding out this book was like opening a magic box. I love how everything is explained here, starting with how to pronounce this or that letter, explaining the differences of times in grammar, teaching you some basic phrases in different situations, as well as some small excesices to check your understanding of the topic. Are you looking for a book that will help you handle the difficulty of learning this language, bingo !! You found one, as well as i did !

Great Resource Collection
This is a nice collection for the German learner. The first book, I think, is not so much to read but to refer to. It makes a great quick reference guide. The second book is useful because it is always easier, and more fun, to learn through stories. The third book, the Phrase book, is nicely organized into topics that keeps related phrases together. This makes it easy to see several phrases related to the same topic. What would it take to get 5 stars? Pictures would make this more visually appealing and may help the learner to remember more easily. Overall, this is a very good collection.
