Bike looks great! Our little girl loves it. We didn’t have much of the bike assembly tools so we had to take the bike in for assembly at a local bike shop. There was a washer and bolt missing according to the shop. Obviously an easy fix. So far, no issues. Highly recommend.

“My bike is fantastical!” -6yr old daughter. This bike is super heavy duty, came in a sturdy cardboard box, and is beautiful. My daughter absolutely loves it and it’s holding up well even though she’s already crashed several times. We are SO happy with our purchase!!!! We ordered streamers and a flower jeweled horn to dress it up even more. Big hit!!

It's a cute bike, but mine had a bent front fork--as others have reported. I worked on it myself but couldn't fix it. Went to a bike shop for them to bend it, and it ultimately cost me almost the price of the bike to get it fixed. In retrospect, I should have just sent it back, but that's a hassle. Unless you are eager to be sending a bicycle back through the mail, perhaps multiple times, AVOID THIS BICYCLE.

Purchased April 2019. Box arrived with front axle poking through both sides of the box. Despite holes in box, no damage was found to those parts. It appears the poorly designed plastic shipping discs fell off during transport which is what caused the axle to break through. Box was marked with a manufacturing date of June 2018. I had no problems installing the front wheel on the fork, as others have discussed. Total assembly time was maybe 20 minutes. I did not install the front brake cable because kiddo needs practice working both back brakes first. I wish Kent would manufacture the front brake assembly on the handle bar in two pieces so that it could be completely removed/reinstalled without having to remove the rubber hand grips. Bike appears to be working just fine for my 44 inch tall kiddo with the seat post almost all the way down. There are small nicks on the stem & handle bar from poor manufacturing/painting and the fender attachment points are extremely weak. Other than those issues I think this bike is as pictured, described, and expected.

Got bike on time. Started assembling and found front forks were narrower by 1/2" and not fitting on the wheel/axle. Spend good bit of time and then bring it to one of my friend who has vise. Opened up the front fork. Unnecessarily spend 2 hours in whole process. Took another hour or so to assemble rest of the parts. Brakes were not adjusted and missing one bolt to tighten front brake handle. Luckily I found one bolt which fit and used it. Ended up having two different looking bolts on each side. Not good in essence you pay money and not get parts or wrongly built parts. It doesn't ship with necessary tools and seems like some bolts are metric so can't use your standard wrench After assembling my daughter started enjoying it. Like : After assembly it work out okay. Not like : Wrongly built part and missing parts - had to spend few hours to assemble this simple thing and paint got damaged as I had to use ford wrench.

Worried about some of the reviews. I found it easy to put together and very sturdy. Granddaughter is going to live it

Fortunately, the bike seems to be in good condition; however, the delivery was postponed several times and the box was severely damaged. It was delivered via UPS, not a typical problem with Amazon orders.
