Impressed with the service
I had issues with the sound stopped working, but after I raised the issue, I was sent a replacement immediately under warranty. I think they have been very good in rectifying this issue. I am very pleased that I am now able to use the cable properly and hear the sound again, apart from that issue, I think the product works really well.

Great Cable
Cable works very well on my iPhone, it is much better than the various adapters I have tried. I haven't experienced any loss of connection when phone is in my pocket while walking, which happened often when using adapters. Call quality is very good when using the cable. Volume controls work well. The material of the cable is similar to laces found in hiking boots and in my opinion is much better than plastic, which most AUX cable's are made of. It doesn't interfere with the audio connection, if it rubs against clothing, like the plastic one's doMy only reason for not giving 5 star's, is the buttons on the cable are a little small and quite hard to figure out which button is which, also there is no cable clip included.I would highly recommend this cable

Broken after a few weeks of very careful use
Product started overheating and cutting out after very little use. Also connector doesn’t fit as well as standard apple connector. Very disappointing and overly expensive! Avoid.

Quality addition to your audiophile life.
Excellent product. High placement of the controls make it hard to rub against clothing, making it it a fantastic option for outdoor types using the microphone features.Quality of microphone is very good, controls are well placed. Button presses are firm with rapid responses. Fabric is nice to the touch and helps give it that quality feel.Great product.

Perfect iPhone calls with Sony WH-1000XM3 Noise Cancelling headphones
good sounding mic, noise cancelling works well with phone calls, good outside in wind etc etc,Now I can use my Sony WH-1000XM3 headphones for making calls, not just listening to music.Sorry, just bought the last one (as a backup) hopefully back in stock again soon.

Decent!
I’m glad this exists! Haven’t used my oldschool solo beats for years since apple got rid of aux! I have AirPods but nothing beats over the ear headphones and this wire is great!

Doesn’t fit Sennheiser HD 400s, which is annoying cause now I need to find another cable to plug into the iPhone and this special 2.5mm for headphones.
