When spraying the propellant gives off a white residue, 1 tin didn't have a ball to mix the contents, very poor finish, I will not be using this product again

Rubbish.
I got this because I wanted a solid laquer with a flat finish. This laquer dried white in patches, initially I thought this was because I hadn't shaken the can long enough or often enough. Despite using a fresh can, taking extra care, and apllying three coats on my second attempt, exact same result!! I'm absolutely raging, a complete of money, time and effort.
