How sturdy is this? Is it adjustable? Is it for r & l hand shooters?

These tables are great. Very portable and are completely ambidextrous for right and left hand shooters. There are no adjustments to the heights but you can adjust how close the table is to you.

What’s the width at the front feet when deployed?

I bought this for my son for Christmas last year .. so I’m not sure of the width but he loves it

How do I lower table and raise seat?

I don't have an issue with the height of the table or the seat height......I am in the process of putting peal and stick indoor/outdoor carpet on the top surface of the table, when using the table the bi-pods on my rifles kind of slip on the smooth surface.... You would have shorten the (3) legs on the table itself, the (2) front legs and the short leg between in the back between the table and the chair, that would lower the table height at the same time raise the seat height in relationship to the table top.....
