This product works ok for me. Energy comes later. Gives me a slight headache. Good to take if you don’t want to do an energy drink.

I was taking this for awhile when I was actively working to lose and was losing weight. I started to notice when I failed to take it for several days my weight loss would stall, and then I would start losing weight again when I started taking it. Time went on and I just stopped taking supplements all together. I've been feeling crappy and tired lately, unable to do anything at all and decided to take this today and wow, it's 2am and I am wide awake and have a ton of energy, I cleaned my kitchen, did a ton of laundry, shopping, errands....and felt more concentration on tasks at work. I know it has caffeine but I took this hours ago and haven't crashed like I normally do when I drink strong coffee. I think I may have not noticed the energizing effects when I initially starting taking this because I was very anemic and needed to correct that as nothing will make you feel energized if you are anemic. Also, I was reading Dr. Weil's write up on Rhodeola and Panax Ginseng and was considering ordering those supplements and then realized that this product has it. They are both supposed to help with mood and energy. I am reordering another bottle now, and this is only one of two supplements I have gone back for a second time of all the supplements I have tried in my life.

I was actually very surprised that 2 capsules serving only has 64 mg of caffeine (same as 1/2 c. coffee). I thought it had more caffeine, by the way it perked me up. Could have been placebo effect, but hey I'll take it however I can get it (the energy is hard to come by after age of 50). Helped me get over the afternoon slump, when I'd normally drink (another) cup of coffee, but I quit most of my daily coffee intake to improve gut health. Definitely find these helpful. Note: I took them too close to bedtime the other day, around dinnertime to energize me for a workout, and I had insomnia. So probably best to use earlier in day.

This gave very very mild energy at best and neon yellow pee. I have 1 kidney, and probably ADHD, female 160lbs. I love True Focus and Brain Elevate from NOW brand they removed my brain fog and helped me get my engineering degree plus be a functional employee 6 yrs later, so figured I'd give this a shot. The first day I only took 1 pill, slightly yellow pee and very maybe mild motivation with it. Day two tried 2 pills, after an hour+ I went from tired to my foot bouncing but brain still tiredish, no racing heart or anything. Hour later I took a 2 hour nap.... considering I had full nights rest the day before.... this hardly did anything to give me much more energy. I feel like the people in these reviews have never tried an 5 hour energy shot nightime version in there life OR because my body often uses Caffeine to actually focus better vs be hyper, this stack of supps just isn't the right mix for me. Also I often feel cold when others don't, I did feel mildly warmer in a good way when this kicked in, which ever ingredient did that may be nice separate if in heavy AC Office space like mine. Also almost neon yellow pee after taking 2 pills, which google says is fine, but i feel slightly off bladder wise and am trying to drink a ton of water to flush it all out. And why is there so much Chromium in this?
