It is nicely made, breathes well but I bought it hoping it would hold in my love handles I have from losing alot of weight. It does NOT.

I bought this to bind my chest and flatten my figure because I am transgender and want to change my appearance.It would have worked well if I had a smaller chest, but I'm a 32DD. It squishes everything down well but it doesn't help keep things in place so my bits move around and mush against my ribs. I'll adjust but it happens again 5 minutes after adjusting. Gets sweaty and just very uncomfortable.It rides up my abdomen, too. The material is smooth but it's very slippery against skin. it's a long length so it can be tucked in but it will quickly untuck and move upwards to my waist. It might work better for people with a straighter figure, which I am not.Sooooo uncomfortable for both those reasons.It binds well, though.

The product is excellent if you're in a situation like mine. Basically I've had gyno since I was a teenager and at times people have been merciless. I've gotten far more comfortable in my own skin, but some clothes just don't fit the way they should/could. I bought this because I have jackets, button ups, sweaters, etc that I know I could look far better in if I didn't have the moobs. This product fixed just that! I highly recommend this product and I'm actually going to buy two more as soon as I finish this review. I added the pictures because the ones here just don't do the shirt justice in my opinion. It really works and it works well. If you're on the fence, I say try it. It comes in a resealable package for an easy return if you're not satisfied. You've got nothing to lose!P.S. I'm 6ft even and around 195 pounds. I purchased the large, and while it works, it's just too big and too long for my preference. I'm going to buy a medium going forward.

For the last couple of years, I've been stuck wearing hand-me-down binders, because I haven't been able to afford a good one. I also, really thought they were all the same so I wasn't in a hurry to pend that kind of money when they're so uncomfortable. All I can say is WOW! This tank makes me realize how wrong I was. Holy crap! I'm so comfortable that I keep forgetting that I'm wearing it. With the heat of TN already getting into the 90's, I know this summer is going to be rough, so I've been really concerned about having to wear a binder plus a tank top and another shirt, just to leave my house. This not only eliminates the need for the additional tank top layer, but feels like it's a comfortable and breathable material.As far as the fit goes, I haven't been able to measure myself in years, so I just went off of the last size I was and it's just slightly on the larger size, which I feel is my own fault. When I first took it out of the package, I thought there was no way it would go on, and I really don't even notice it. No cutting off circulation under my arm pits like my last one, and movement is natural. Not too constricting at all. My roommate said it looked great, but I might be a little paranoid because it's NOT hurting ha. I'll definitely be ordering more of these (as often as possible) but I may go the next size down for a little extra compression! Thanks Underworks!!

I was feeling very guilty about purchasing this for my son. I did not want him to think I felt that his appearance is a problem for me; to ruin his confidence. However during a family get together I watched him slumped over, walking without confidence and it bothered me. I spoke with his pediatrician who said he does not have the male condition which causes male boobs- he does have some extra weight though that he needs to shed. If the shirt helped to build his confidence as we work towards getting in shape it was a good idea. My son loves this undershirt. I am purchasing more so that he can switch them up. He is walking head held high again!

We bought these to wear under our suits for our wedding. We had bought slim fit suits and wanted a smooth look...being middle aged, that was a crap shoot, ha ha, but they did a very nice job. The tank is longer than it looks, it totally stretches. It pulls down low below the waist so it made buttoning our pants way easier too. BONUS! I wore it right above the crotch so I could easily go to the bathroom. Warning guys, this garment does not move! Dont pull it further down if you plan on going to the bathroom standing up! Lol! The tank did not roll on me. The fabric is slippery against pants, I suggest tucking it into your underwear. I quickly learned my dress pants could slide off if wearing on the outside of my underware especially if you don't have hips. The tank was actually quite comfortable, moved with me. I'm not sure if it is something I could/would wear everyday, depends on your motivation I guess. I really wouldn't want to but if I had some flab that left me feeling insecure I would. It smoothes everything out. We just wanted to look nice for our wedding so investing $18 totally paid off. Spanks brand for men is totally expensive for something I'd only use a few times a year. I wear an xl shirt and bought a large tank. I have a very broad chest and shoulders. The old V torso quickly has become a U! Lol! Getting the tank on: put your arms through the tank holes then pull it over your head and roll down, you might need a spotter. A friend of mine got stuck in his ha ha ha! Getting the tank off: roll it down, again you might need a spotter for your first time. Get one arm out of the garment by pulling the tank strap down on one arm and pulling your arm out, then leave the other arm in and roll down your shoulder and keep rolling down your arm, no problem. I did it totally under the influence of cocktails. Oh, the tank strap itself was nice and wide. Wash in cold water and hang to dry. If you have a hard like beer belly, it's not magic and going to eliminate it. If you have some flab here and there it's perfect, kind of lifts things back into place. Hope this is helpful.

Alright, to preface I am a very slim guy, with a small cup size (34b) which puts me nicely in the recommended Small sizing.This fits just like a swimming costume. In fact I'd go so far as to say it's of a similar material, and thickness. As such, for me, it's a bit of a stretch to refer to it as a binder at all. If anything it sort of pulls over and rounds out the breast in a way that anyone who has worn a full swimsuit would be familiar with, rather than compressing it. Perhaps someone with more muscle/body weight to work with could pass it off as a defined pec, but at smaller sizing it's only really usable under a particularly baggy top. Comfy though.

I bought these to wear at work - I have previous bought Spanx tops but found they roll up at the waist and can be extremely difficult to get on and off! I bought these as an alternative and they have worked out well. They offer good support and compression without being "tight" - the arms holes are comfortable and the length is just about right to accommodate a full range of movement. I have since increased the number of these I own and wear them daily at work.

PROS:- Nice textile- Light to wear, probably won't sweat much in itCONS:- no good for FTM, it doesn't have enough compression of effectively change the shape of your chest.If you are considering using this as a binder - just go with the crop top UNDERWORKS binder instead. That one actually will do well!

This was purchased for my Father who, after undergoing surgery for a replacement heart valve developed a hernia at the lower end of his incision below the stomach area. Not only does he feel this is less visible and supportive he feels it straightens his back when walking which is vital if he is to keep up his cardiac exercises.

Very tight, actually too tight for me as it made breathing difficult. Can wear it but not without difficulty. Suggest other buyers add an extra inch to their measurement to get around this.
