Nelson Rigg DC-505-05-XX Grey XX-Large Indoor Motorcycle Dust Cover,1 Pack

I recently purchased three Nelson-Rigg DC-505 Dust Cover-XX Large DC-505-05XX. These covers are for my Honda Valkyrie Tourer, Harley Ultra Classic,and my wifes Piaggio X9 Evolution 500 Scooter with a backrest-trunk. The fit was good on all three. A little big, But not to big. Easy to get on and off the bikes. The material is sturdy enough for a dust cover. The inside could be a little softer. It has not put any marks on the paint. The cover comes in only one color. It looks just like the picture on their site. If you want to keep the dust off your bike and protect the paint while storing inside your garage this is a Very Good dust cover for the price.

So with a windscreen on I thought perhaps it would be pulled up, but no. Great cover for my motorcycle

Lightweight, easy on, easy off. I like the fact that there is no elastic on the bottom hem, allows air circulation. Strictly indoor use, not lined. I am thinking about putting a hole in the cover to allow the antenna to pass through and then use a grommet or my wife will embroider with thread around the hole (I saw the embroidery tip in reviews for this cover). I recommend for indoor use.

I bought an XL for my Harley Dyna Low Rider S to keep dust off in the garage and it was way too big. I ordered the Large figuring that would be a good compromise. It was way to small. My bike is 96" tip to tail. The Large cover measures 86" and the XL was about 102-104" I believe, can't remember if I measured it. Nelson-Rigg, for some reason doesn't post the dimensions of this cover, just L, XL, XXL. Anyway the point is, the Large went back and I'm keeping the XL simply because it will cover the bike and do the job. There isn't anything in-between. Looks like a good lightweight cover just to protect a bike in the garage. Should last a while.

This is a review of the Nelson-Rigg DC-505-03-LG Grey Large Indoor Motorcycle Dust Cover. Do not buy this product. I've had Nelson-Rigg covers in the past, and I've loved them. But this product is not a quality product that I would have expected from N-R. The geometry of the cover is all wrong. Other covers have a boxier front end to accomodate handlebars, and a slightly less boxy rear end to accomodate brakelight housing. This cover has the geometry of an envelope. It's far too narrow at the front and rear to fit even the smallest bikes. It's also quite short, so very difficult to get the front and rear end of the bike into the cover. I tried with a 1972 Norton, and a 2003 Ducati. I was so confident that I'd love these covers that I threw away the packaging. Now I'm stuck with them. Run don't walk away from this product.

I bought this for my 2021 Kawasaki Vulcan Voyager. It covers the bike well but leaves a lot to be desired with shape/construction. In their pictures, it fits over a windshield perfectly and looks like it was designed as such. Very deceiving. This cover is in no way designed for a windshield. Very oddly shaped on the top. They really need to redesign the entire top piece. But, it covers the bike and will keep the dust, etc off of it while it's in the garage.

This cover works great for inside storage. It breathes so it doesn't hold moisture. It also keeps the dust off, keeping my motorcycle clean for the next ride.This is the second cover I have purchased as I have more than one motorcycle. I also have an all weather cover that I use when touring.Note: dust contains elements which can harm paint and chrome, especially when in contact long term. The motorcycle covered in the photo is a 1987 Kawasaki Voyager XII. It is all original, in perfect condition.

For a universal fit cover this works perfect. I could have ordered a Harley Davidson custom fit cover in Harley colors with the logo for $200.00. Why? This keeps the dust off while it sits in the garage so why pay more just for a name and a custom fit when this one is much cheaper and honestly easier to put on since it draps over the bike. Well pleased!

Got this only to keep dust and eyes off my bike in the parking lot. I think I got the XXL, which I anticipated to be too bug but was concerned over other reviews. My bike is a 750cc bike, but wanted to make sure it fit. Way too big but overall fine for what it s and the price.

Attention car les dimensions semblent être données lorsque les housses sont pliées à plat. J'ai dû en trouver une autre qui fonctionne très bien pour une F800GT probablement même avec le top case. Bref acheter plus grand que pas assez, surtout en longueur !

Thin, shaped not like my bike. I have a Honda Fury, it didn't fit.
