Beautiful watch at a great price

The paint in the needle (that goes in the strap's holes) started coming off. Amazon told me to talk to EA directly and I wonder what's the role of Amazon then? They told me to nearest EA location which seems a lot of hassle for me; considering that I have some other important stuff to work on. Complete waste of time for me.Not satisfied with the purchase. Go to EA's website directly and may be they'll have a better quality or something.

second hand doesn't align with markers, dial is somewhat small to my comfort (plz check exact mm size before you decide), strap is normal it doesn't look stylish or even say that its leather, not a value for money deal I'd say.
