## Questions & Answers

**Q: How do you keep the slide from floating up? Followed all directions and it still floats even while attached.  The steps never reach the ground.**
A: DId you use the connectors to attach to the pool? Even with that, ours does float up a bit but not it's not so bad.

**Q: Cuántos niños caben en esta piscina ??**
A: 3 niños hasta 6 años

**Q: How tall are the sides of the pool?**
A: The sides are about 10" tall.

**Q: Is there a specific way to remove the slide ?? I can’t get the slide connectors to budge.. not sure if I’m doing something wrong?**
A: We had the same problem but after a few tries we got it...this product was much smaller than expected and really didn't have alot of room with the slide connected
