Like others have stated,the bolt holes don't line up, and instead of drilling, I just used the single bottom bolt, and tightened it up good, it doesn't move. The stick on foam gasket helps hold it in place. The mounts do make it a little tight removing the cowl cover, so may want to leave them a bit loose until your wiring is ran and the panel is secured back in place. I have gone through my woods and while tree branches moved my lights, they did not move the brackets, so I'd say they should hold up well with the single bolt.
