The Essential Southwest Cookbook (English and Spanish Edition)

I'm looking forward to trying these recipes. The pictures are amazing, the directions are simple and there aren't a ton of ingredients required.

Brilliant color pictures and easy recipes for each dish. Waiting for feedback from friend when they start trying recipes. Based on my flip through of the book, highly recommended. This is traditional Southwest folks. Loved the "disclaimer" at the front of the book that the recipes are not to be changed: those with allergies, vegan, gluten issues are on their own!

This is a very accessible means of delving into southwestern cuisine. The recipes are clear and easy to follow and there's info on how to obtain ingredients not readily available in areas outside the southwest. I have way too many cookbooks but this one won't be one I'll get rid of any time soon.

I have a large collection of Southwest cookbooks - but this is by far the best one. My all-time go-to from now on. Get the hard cover...the pictures are amazing and help design your presentation.
