This replacement remote just like the original remote, easy to pair, value for the money and quality of the remote is good. I a very pleased with my purchase.

On my original Sony home theater remote some buttons started acting inconsistently after 10 years. I’d have to really press the volume buttons hard to get any response. This was not a battery issue. Bought this as a replacement. The only difference with the original is that they don’t have the Sony logo, which of course is understandable. And if you look closely the fonts are a bit different. Functions as good as the original. Very satisfied.

My old remote was 10 years old and did not work. This was an exact match. I put in fresh batteries and it works perfectly. There was no programming or linking of the remote needed.

I was afraid I'd have to buy a whole new soundbar for my somewhat dated Sony. Fortunately, I found this replacement remote online. It is 100% the same, except for the Sony logo, and it works perfectly. Best of all, it cost me less than $10!

Definitely works great as a replacement for our remote but I will note that the inside states that it takes AAA batteries and it actually needs AA.

We haven’t had the remote to our Sony soundbar for at least 4-5 years. So we were stuck with just our tv speakers ! Got this and it’s made such a huge difference in sound quality! Now I can love watching movies and jamming to my death metal in my living room again!
