I got the toy story tag. I was hoping for the Disney tag with the logo on the left foot. I saw In some of the reviews That people were shipped those. But can’t complain cos I got what’s advertised.The bear is great tho, the quality I expected. So soft, so plush. I could do without the strawberry, which I like, but just something about the thought of a sack full of scent crystals sewn into Lotso’s chest that doesn’t sit well. I still love it tho.Oh and was a reasonable price at 22$ approx. Those who complained about being sold in a plastic bag, keep in mind that’s how the price is kept low. It’s common among manufacturers to do this, doesn’t mean it’s fake. Also called “frustration free packaging”. Would be twice the cost in a licensed box.Update: buyer beware: this is the exact same bear being sold as a 12” lotso for 16.99$. I just purchased the 12” after purchasing this 15” lotso for 22.92$. It’s the exact same bear. I got ripped for 5$ cos I thought it was a slightly larger Lotso. All I can say is lame.

I bought this for my five year old granddaughter because she loves the Toy Story movies. When it first comes out of the plastic it has a very strong strawberry smell, actually too strong. The smell was so strong for the first week she had that she would only play wit it a few minutes before she put it away because the smell bothered her. Thankfully, now it only has a faint strawberry smell so she now sleeps with him as she likes to snuggle stuffed animals when she sleeps. I would recommend airing it out about a week before you give it to a child.

I bought this bear for my sister because he's her favorite character from toy story the first one I received had no smell to it but the seller was wondering he sent out another one and let me keep the first one and the second one does smell like strawberries she love, love, love that bear. I really want to thank the seller for fixing the problem and making my sister happy. I would definitely by from this seller again.

Bought this for my son's 4th birthday and he loves it! Three months later it still smells of strawberries. Not nearly as strong as when it was unpackaged, but still there! It is a good sized bear, perfect for cuddling at night, and so soft! You won't regret it! Ours did come in a clear plastic bag but I think it was helpful for retaining the scent. We were planning on wrapping it anyways, so it wasn't a big deal to us.

Bought this for my younger sibling who has always loved Lotso and wanted the plush doll. My only concern over buying from Amazon was authenticity. To my surprise, this came with original Disney store tags and most importantly, it still had its strawberry scent! It came in a vacuum sealed bag which probably helped preserve the scent. I purchased my plush from the seller "Slim's General Store", so if you want one with the strawberry scent, I can vouch for their item.

My son loves his Lotzo bear. Much cheaper than the official bear. He does come in a clear plastic bag which was fine since I just put it in a birthday bag. He definitely smells like strawberries which my kids get a kick out off. Even after washing he still had the strawberry scent. Overall happy with my purchase.

Lotso is exactly as pictured, and definitely smells of strawberries. My 3 year old adores him. The only complaint I have (and my reason for 4 stars) is that the one we got did not have Disney logo embroidered on the foot as is pictured in most of the photos posted by other buyers. He did have a Disney/Toy Story tag attached to his ear but that doesn’t satisfy me that it is authentic since tags can easily be placed on duped items. That being said, the quality is still great and my son doesn’t care whether it’s authentic or not :)

My grandson loves Toy Story so we purchased Lottso for him. Lottso does smell like strawberries and he is so huggable! He has just the right amount of stuffing in him, so soft, so cute, and lovable. My grandson sleeps with him every night and just simply loves him.
