ASURION 4 Year Home Improvement Protection Plan ($70 - $79.99)

I was always cautious about these protection plan but when I filed a claim on my pool pump all I had to do was give a simple description of what was wrong with the pump and they immediately gave me an Amazon gift card that covered the full cost of the item. It was simple, quick, and they lived up to their agreement. Will definitely use their service again.

I answered a few questions, verified my warranty and immediately qualified. A couple days later I received a gift card for the purchase price. I'm impressed and relieved because I was covered by standards they promised and delivered.

Great experience and worth the small fee for the extra coverage. I bought a ceiling fan and the price was great and I really liked the design. Several months went by and the remote control broke. I tried to contact the seller, but they were not forthcoming with a resolution. I'm glad that I bought the extra coverage with Asurion because I was refunded the moment that my return package was scanned at UPS. Good stuff.

The unit is too compact. The ac cable and air hose compartment is very tight. The air hose should be in a separate area for easy access. I inflated a small trailer tire and the results were satisfactory. The manual advises to use in a dry area. I hope the weather is good when I need it.

Lost a stone in a Mossanite Ring which I had purchased with the Protection added in December 2024. I contacted them and they asked to return it for repair. They provided a mailing label and communication was excellent. The repairs were to take up to 6 weeks plus return time through delivery carrier. It came and it was repaired and looked beautiful once again on my finger!! I pretty much always by the Protection Plan as you never know when there may be an instance that you wish you had. Very Satisfied with the Plan all around service.
