Actually IS super-strength, and nice coconut flavor
Unlike many of the other Lorann flavors, the coconut "super-strength" flavor really is very strong. And very coconutty. And free of ethanol, and it actually tastes better to me than the Deiman coconut flavor, which is 70% ethanol (!)

Natural tasting coconut extract
I like this for enhancing flavor and aroma of my coconut creations. Doesn't taste artificial unless you use too much, so go easy on it and work the amount up (to your taste) in recipes. Seems stable during baking too.

This is awful!
I was going to use this to add coconut flavor to a drink. Luckily I did a test run before I served it to anyone. I tried putting 1/8 of a teaspoon into a drink. Then I tested it and the drink tasted really bad. So I started tasting each individual component. Everything was tasting fine. The coconut flavor was the last thing. So I put just a dab of it on the end of my finger and it was terrible. It tasted like dirt and it numbed my tongue. I checked the expiration date to see if it had expired and was rancid, but it still had 2 more years left according to the label. So I just threw it in the trash.

A must for my coconut cakes. LorAnn Super-Strength Coconut Flavor is an essential ingredient for them. It's super strength so I use only one teaspoon. That's all you need. Great product.
