These are great ,esp for the price ,I read a few reviews and thought I would try them out,There’s 4 lots of each weight ,an another bar which you can add to make a barbell .I found the first size to easy so bumped it up to second.Easy to use and strong.

really good has especially the bar you can screw on that comes with the package to make one huge barbell.good product one thing thats not the best is the plastic screw ons that make the weights stay in place so might want to buy some extra ones as they can become loose easily

Amazing quality, great price and actually bigger than i thought which is the opposite of what normally happens on amazon.Metal bars with plastic grips, really nice feel in the hand.Really easy to piece together.Only downside is that the skrew clamps do un-tighten sometimes.

Weights are generic and easy to use. Dumbells are ok. I've only had 30kilos on the full barbell set up but I'm sceptical that it will take over 45kilos without failing. The plastic locking lugs aren't in to much. I've already stepped one side of the thread trying to tighten up. Luckily you can reverse the lugs. You will need to buy a seperate barbell for more exercises like rowing shoulder press etc as its very narrow end to end instead of the bar sitting on you're shoulders or in the rest on the bench with ample room it's either trapping you're fingers on the stand or the weights sit on your neck and shoulders. Also the fact you if uou want to use all the weights you have to make up the dumbells as seperate units then attach the centered pipe. This means your forearms are rubbing on the weights.

I like this style of dumbbell because the weights can be mixed and matched, which is useful if you need different weights for different types of exercises but can't afford to buy a whole set of fixed weights. Also it can be shared with family members who each have their own lifting capabilities.They arrived in good condition. The colour is very drab but at this price I can't complain. Overall I'm very happy, especially about the price!

My son is 12 now and loves them very easy to change and it has plenty of weight for him

Es sind Hanteln bzw. Hantelstangen auf die verschiedene Gewichte aufgesteckt werden können. Die Langhantel"funktion" ist ebenfalls gegeben und Kinderleicht umzustecken.Die Scheiben an sich sind natürlich aus Kunststoff und nicht aus Gußeisen aber erfüllen Ihren Zweck absolut.Für Anfänger oder Leute die ein weniger mehr Gewicht haben wollen absolut Ideal für den Heimgebrauch wie ich finde.Die Verarbeitung ist durchaus ok und hat keine scharfen Kanten oder sonstiges wo man sich die Hände aufreißen könnte. Die Hantelstangen haben einen guten Griff und sehr guten Grip wie ich finde. Die Sternschrauben zum festmachen der Scheiben sind ebenfalls durchaus brauchbar.Alles in allem für das Geld absolut top und besser als erwartet. Würde ich wieder kaufen!

price is low compared to the market, it's low quality stuff but if you dont have any other at your hand, for vacations or temporary homes, it's okay
