KitchenCraft Painted Ceramic Novelty Llama Mug, 400 ml (14 fl oz) - Cream

The mug itself is very cute and I like the size however it arrived with crack on the size. Better quality check or packaging recommended.

It is a good product but the crack is very concerning. It doesn't leak or have any issues, but does seem glued together again.

Was a Christmas gift in 2020. Used only a couple of times because, to be honest, it's a bit impractical given that it's not dishwasher-proof. Really disappointed that, during hand washing just now, the head of the cow cracked and fell off into the sink. I was hardly using any force at all - a couple of taps with the scrubbing brush and it literally fell off. Very disappointed at longevity / quality. Aesthetically pleasing, just wish it would have lasted longer than 3 months / 2 cups of tea.

I bought it for a friend as a secret santa gift and she absolutely loves it and uses it a lot. It's definitely a MASSIVE mug, so keep that in mind when ordering... but if you either want it on display or just like drinking tea by the bucket then go for it. It's really good and I would 100% recommend to others who like llamas. (My friend has also received a lot of compliments for this mug, lots of people love how it looks!)

Good large mug, did arrive chipped but is a good price to ignore, also chip was on the ear which doesn't effect use.

Super cute, however what is a bit odd is that the head of the cow isn't solid? Which was a bit of a surprise

What brilliant customer service at the cookshop.First order went missing in the post and another one was sent out ASAP. Becky at the cookshop was very helpful and supportive . The Panda mug is excellent it takes a good 450ml and the lid top is a good fit to keep the contents warmer longer. Added bonus the mug is a good shape to cup your hands round and warm them up.

Just received my deliver an hour ago.The mug is very cute. However, it looks defective.As shown in the picture, there is an even brown ish circle at the bottom of the cup. I didn't see this in the advertised picture.The brown ish circle also present inside the cup. Initially, i thought they are dust so i washed it. But it's not dust.Now in this corona virus lock-down situation. I don't want to risk and go outside to return it.
