Vollrath Sheet Pan Half Size - 12-7/8" x 17-3/4"

This is a product that is actually better than advertised. It is sturdy, even heating and easy to clean. It is ideal for cookies and rolled pastries. The rolled edge is easy to handle with a hot pad or oven mitt and the pan doesn't warp or bend even if grabbed by only one corner. I really recommend it to serious bakers.

While these are the second nicest sheet pans I have, they still buckle in the oven at high tempts. look great, not bad by any means.
