Can't speak for longevity yet, but application is a breeze. Sprayed it on a 6 hour old slab and initially got a striking color contrast effect. Almost a neon blue. It soon turned clear and was dry enough for sawing control joints in about two hours. The slab will be two weeks old tomorrow and no cracks. Not even in the control joints, so it seems to be doing it's job maintaining moisture levels while the concrete cures.
