I love the big screen and the easy to use platform. It has such a sleek design and perfect for school. I love the quality and overall definitely worth the buy. It also arrived earlier than expected.

I bought this unit refurbished, only need it to go on the internet and watch Netflix, for the money it works great. Arrived with all promised parts (correct battery charging brick), no issues so far with battery life. Screen isn't super bright but it was inexpensive so I'm good.

14 inch is a great size if you want something medium size. Very light weight and easy to use. Usbc cord is great so all of the devices that I own use the same charger. I got this for under 200 and it was well worth it if you need something to type and simple web browsing. My only wish was that this was touch screen and I didn't realized I needed touch screen at the time...

I was hesitant getting a Chromebook as I was concerned I'd miss being able to install windows programs, but so far I am really impressed with this. It was very quick to setup and easy to sync all of my Google account info. Having the ability to install Google apps is great. It's lightweight, runs fast, and seems to have a long lasting battery.As far as shipping it came packaged really well and the condition is 9/10 with only a slight smudge on the top of lid.

No touch screen very light weight I didn't like how it was package for the price and the product I felt it should have been box differently

I need Bluetooth for some things. This unit will not run Bluetooth without completely taking away all my bandwidth for wifi. I get 12M down but fire up Bluetooth and I drop to 1m or less. So tube videos are impossible to watch. Even listening to just music via BT although not as drastic will still cause the audio to stutter/stop and start.The next thing is the wifi range is not as good as all my devices... 50 ft and the transfer rate down is a 1/3rd down... <>8M.... All my devices run above 11M... So sadly I am returning the unit.The BT issue has been known about for quite a while. I would not have thought there would be any problem with BT...My Mac, PC win 10 laptop runs BT just fine an there is absolutely no bandwidth traffic!I borrowed a friends older Lenovo chromebook and it demonstrates the same thing. His wifi speed was good.Jim

My kids school district added this year on top of other supplies, that every student had to have a chrome book. This one was cheaper and has more features than the one the district was trying to sell to us upon school registration fees. Very happy with my purchase. Thank you Amazon for a fantastic refurbished chrome book that is high quality and easier on the bank account.

Honestly I didn't know it was refurbished but I am happy with the laptop it works like new no problems.

Loved my new laptop

Computer works, but it SO BASIC, even cellphone has more options and capacity. Very disappointed.Will try to return.
