Keeping in touch.
Love this call system. No monthly fees. Works great for older caregivers who don't hear well. I always know if my husband needs me. I think this watch is the answer. Customer service is the best. They will go the extra mile for you to resolve any issue you may have. I want to thank CallTou for responding to my problem in a timely manner. I would recommend any CallTou product. Thank you again and may God bless you.

This is great for a medical office.
I use these in my Acupuncture Office so that patients have the peace of mind that they can call me any time while they are resting. I like that the call can be set to vibration rather than a loud sound which would disrupt others.

Broke after 1 month
Quit working after a month. Watch was very sensitive to touch, easy to change setting and turn off and on accidentally. Now watch won’t turn on. Very disappointing.

Strong Vibration
Others claimed the vibration wasn't strong enough. Perhaps they were referring to the vibration that results from pushing any of the buttons on the side of the watch. The vibration resulting from using the call button is plenty strong to wake me, which exactly what I need since I am completely deaf when asleep. I hear fairly well with cochlear implants which I can't sleep with. My disabled wife has been using a wireless light switch to wake me with an app on her phone but this is far better because the call button is lightweight and give her direct immediate access to the call button. My only complaints are that the watch is a bigger and clunkier than I'd like, the instructions are not very good, and the watch requires very frequent charging. BUT it works well and solves the problem.

Watch is not water resistant!
This was fabulous for my Mother in law to call for help.... until I went to rinse a dish and water splashed on my watch. It stopped working. $70 down the drain. How are you going to make the call button waterproof but the watch cant handle a splash. I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED

Great for medical
We really like this call system. We’ve had different ones before and the call buttons shatter when they hit the floor. not this one. Reliable and durable we soak it in sanitizer multiple times a day and it keeps on going. The only complaint I’ve ever heard is that the watch is really bulky. Most of our patients think we have some sort of a smart watch but it’s just a chunky call.

Works ok but has limitations
It served its intended purpose as a call button for a sick relative. The watch is big and clunky and its battery only lasts about eight hours between charges. Part of the reason is every time I bumped the watch into something the light would come on. It also came on and stayed on when the alert button was pressed. You need to remember to cancel it to turn the light off. In summary it is ok in concept but would be more useful if they sold the alert buttons and coupled them with an app that would work on a cell phone.
