Great for eating, and tastes great. Helps building your good oil balance. I use it all the time in my food instead of butter.

I love this stuff! It's expensive compared to regular supermarket cooking oils but so much better that it's worth it. Grapeseed oil has a very high smoke point, so you can cook at a high temperature without the nasty off taste you get with most other oils when frying. Also, it has the most completely neutral taste of any oil I've tried. If you're willing to pay the price, it's totally worth trying. You'll probably love it.

The best. My high-porosity hair absolutely loves this product. After cleansing, I apply generous amounts of this oil and my hair just soaks it up. No more dry or brittle hair. Because my hair is high-porosity, the cuticles are lifted and the moisture is able to go right in. I seal with shea, or a similar butter, and my hair is very grateful.

As far as grapeseed oils go, Grape-ola is awe.some. -!I have tried other brands and found that they were either impure oil-blends of two or more oils, or if they were pure, they simply were not of the quality that I was looking for in my base-oil blends.And even when I find cheaper grapeseed oil, I have found that I always go back to the grape-ola 100% pure grapeseed oil for quality. When adding it to heavier-body-oil blends I usually add about 1ounce of grapeseed oil for every 10 ounces of total oil that therecipe may call for.Additionally, for topical use, grapeseed oil contains natural amounts of vitamin E and does NOT contain proteins, so it is very flexible in use and it works well with other oils, like coconut, olive, almond, etc (all protein-rich, btw), or can be used in place of any of those if you want to reduce or eliminate the use of protein oils...Overall, 100% Pure Grapeseed Oil is a great product and whether you use it in your kitchen pantry or in your skin-care pantry, it is definitely a must-have item.Our grade: B++; or 4.75 Stars!

USE IT IN ALL MY BAKING..

This oil I use on my face with my moisture cream! I hear they use it in Europe for the face . Have seen a difference on my face! Helps wrinkles too!
