Did you mean ga 970 motherboard? If so then yes this memory will work just fine with the 970 if not then make sure the board is ddr3 compatible

This pack is 2 sticks of RAM each of which are 4GB a piece for a total of 8GB. Additionally, yes this memory is compatible with the ASROCK H55M-LE, and while that mobo will allow you to try to take it all the way to 2600MHz, I really wouldn't try to push these sticks much past 1600 MHz. I found their sweet spot to be 1600 MHz CL9.
