Mouse not working.
My mouse doesn't work with this product, but the seller has worked with me to get it working. I've tried there suggestions but looks like I will need to wait until the engineer releases a new software update. Good communication and good product if you have the right mouse. I've purchased a motospeed mouse also as this is what they recommended.

(Destiny 2) It’s a lot of effort for a terrible experience
Anybody buying this hoping for a good k/m experience is going to be disappointed. Firstly it doesn’t matter what you do with dpi or sensitivity, you can never get it quite right due to such limited controller settings and even if you get it to a bearable configuration, there’s this really annoying stutter with small movement. So when you’re going for a precise headshot it either won’t move or will stutter past the target. I couldn’t stop this regardless of game sensitivity/mouse dpi or the c91 sensitivity change options. The second big issue is the key binds are horrible. I used this on Xbox one so you can key bind buttons in the Xbox menu as well as some presets in games but this changed every game so I decided to use the hold f11-f12 option which isn’t mentioned in the instruction book (I found it on YouTube). I changed it so that R was reload instead of F and for what ever reason A, W and S all stopped working as movement keys and I could only walk right. Mouse buttons don’t seem to work either, probably because they require software to work and this doesn’t have any.I’m sure if you put some serious time into this you could work out a decent key bind for ONE game but the horrible stutter, not very precise mouse controls is a complete deal breaker. I genuinely have a better time just using a controller and I hate controllers for fps games. For anyone wondering I used it with a Corsair Sabre. When they come back in stock I might try Xim Apex. Although that will probably take a fair bit of setting up as well. At least you can have profiles for different games and from what I’ve seen a reasonable mouse sensitivity. If they sort out the mouse stutter issue It might be a cheap option but considering there’s no software it’s a waste of time

Doesn't provide a good mouse and keyboard experience
I bought the C91 adapter to use a keyboard and mouse with my Xbox One X. Once I had it set up, it seemed to work well. However, when I started using it in some games, its short-comings began to appear. The keyboard controls worked well and I could adjust the DPI of my connected mouse quite easily. However, when I tried to do small mouse movements, this didn't transfer very well to the game, e.g. in Borderlands, if I moved the mouse slowly for a precise shot, the on-screen movement was jerky, almost like it was moving on a large fixed grid. And no matter how I adjusted the mouse DPI in-game or via the keyboard controls, it never felt right.Sadly, while it's very well priced, it's not up to the standards of something like the Xim Apex. I bought that after getting the C91 and that device has incredibly smooth movement (PC level smooth!) in comparison to the C91. So, the C91 is ok as a cheap alternative, but it may not give an enjoyable feeling to anyone wanting a PC-like experience with mouse and keyboard on their console.

Does what it says it does...
Item arrived with a nice easy to follow instruction manual. However to get the software you may need to message the seller or if you do a bit of browsing I think they have a video on YouTube which contains the link.Easy to use software and making your own key binds is a good feature. It would be nice to be able to save profiles for different games.Having recently switched to PC gaming I was intrigued to see how Kb&M translates onto console. In my opinion games like Apex Legends work very well for their desired machine of choice, meaning when I tried Kb&M it just wasn't comfortable. However if I play Apex on PC it's very fluid. The issues i had were finding the right sensitivity (having to disconnect everything plug into PC adjust settings) a tip here is to set the software sensitivity to 5 and adjust in game settings.Key binds that aren't like for like. Not the developers problem but if you've played a PC version of a game you'd like the controls to be the same layout. Unfortunately this can't always be achieved.Sometimes been unable to do multiple key presses. In Apex for example I was unable to move and swap weapon/move and reload at the same time i had to stop then press the button to swap weapon/reload.I also tried this on R6 siege which tends to work a little better but still feels a little janky at times. I'd find id be leaning and for some reason I'd come out of the lean animation without pressing anything. Also tried on h1z1 with better results. I've only played a handful of games of h1 with control and usually lose most gun fights however with Kb&M I was able to quickly take down enemy's.Overall if you're buying this to get an edge over your opposition you might have to master how it feels but for someone who's played PC it doesn't quite feel the same.

Great product
Works perfect with most kB and mice. Would you be able to add support for aGembird A4-X7-G100 PRO gaming keyboard. It recognises some keys but not all.
