After reviewing several of these adjustable beds I purchased this frame. The frame was for my 15 year old son so i wanted something sturdy. I honestly was shocked at how sturdy the frame was. The boxes are very heavy so you will need at least 2 guys to move them. It comes in 2 separate boxes that have to be assembled together. We were able to assemble them easily. They turn into a great frame that feels solid. The remote works well. We purchased the king not the split king and placed a solid King mattress on it not 2 twins. The one thing which is really not a big deal is if you are laying on one side and raise the head or the feet the other side of the mattress lifts a little off the frame not sure if that has to do with the frame or the type of mattress we have. I plan to purchase another one for my other room and get rid of the frame i bought from a well known bed in the box company as it is cheap and broke after one week. if you want a sturdy frame that will last a long time this is the one for you......

After researching many adjustable bed bases online, I decided upon this one. It was a little more than some other brands but I really liked having a US-based company with 10+ years in the industry to stand behind it. (Note the base is made in China though). With a solid warranty and a clean BBB record, this was why I pulled the trigger on a 200 lb. item without seeing it in person.The king-size base arrives in two boxes. Both weigh in excess of 100 lbs...so plan help accordingly. They were well packed with instructions, all needed hardware, and even batteries for the remote. Putting it together is quite simple and the video makes it a bit easier to understand the directions. You defintely need two strong people to lift/flip this base over (at least for a king size). That said, the solidness and construction seem great.We opted for the 404 model since we felt massage options were not needed and the included legs were just the right height. We did not realize that the more expensive model included headboard brackets, which we needed. An email to Bedboss, directly through their website, got a reply within a couple hours. Within two buisness days, I had the headboard brackets I needed...and they are as well built as the base. The person I dealt with was friendly, polite, and a pleasure with which to communicate.After using the base for a week, we enjoy the ability to move our head/foot locations to our liking and set the memory buttons. The flat button is a nice feature. The motors are quiet enough, considering the amount of weight (base, mattress, my wife and I) they need to move. So far, everything is exactly as I would hope for. My only very minor criticism is that I wish the remote were backlit.Highly recommend both the product and the company. From what others have said, coupled with my personal experience, it seems to be a win all the way around. You won't be disspointed and will save hundreds compared to buying a base from a furniture store!

We really like this bed frame but the only thing that worries me is that the screws that hold the bar to the base came out and there is no way for us to fix it. We didn't feel like trying to box it all back up and return it so we're hoping it keeps working without issue.

It didn’t take long at all for me, a 44yo woman, to put this frame together. Directions were clear and concise, and the end result is better than I ever could have expected. After suffering from lower back pain for years, this base immediately alleviated the pain in the zero gravity position. Waking up doesn’t hurt anymore! After having a little snafu with delivery, I contacted the company directly and they were so kind and courteous; I had my problem resolved and a new part 3 days later. Excellent company, excellent product. Highly recommend!!

What a dream come true when using this bed frame. It’s very quiet and powerful. Easy to use. Like other reviews this thing is very very heavy to build. I felt their written directions were horrible but watched their video on how to build and it was a breeze.

So far so good. Great price, smooth motion and great variety of positions.Fairly easy to put together, just heavy for two people that weigh 130 and 160.Have had this a few months now, purchased in anticipation of Cesarean recovery when baby arrives. I’m so happy we bought it, haven’t had any problems, feel at peace knowing I can easily nurse in bed during recovery.Great price!An added detail, my Husband snores and I started lifting the head of the bed slightly to see if that helped.Snoring cured! :O This makes me so soooo happy, I never expected this bed gram could help his sleep apnea but am pleasantly surprised ^__^

The assembly for this base was very simple and easy to follow. A word to the wise, when the instructions recommend two able bodied persons, you definitely needed two people … three wouldn’t hurt! lol This thing is super heavy, especially once it has been assembled and it’s ready to flip over. This job could take minutes with the right help. It took me 3 hours with several breaks and the assistance of a car jack, some I thought I was going to be Wonder Woman and do it while I was home by myself! Do your back a favor and get help. Luckily, this bed was my back’s lifesaver! Love it. Looking forward to this purchase serving us well for a long time. It’s definitely built to last!
