Review: A successful shopping experience - I purchased this stretching strap to improve my flexibility. Despite yoga classes, I feel that I have to stretch my muscles more frequently. I chose this strap because it comes with a Door Flexibility & Leg Stretcher, which makes it a great product for the body and pays off financially. After several uses I'm happy to write to you that I did not waste my money!! This is a very good strap In terms of the material from which it is made and in terms of the accompanying products: using the e-book I received and the free videos I can use it correctly at home and prevent injuries.

Got this to help posture but the straps bind the armpits and the back piece rides up so it does little to help posture. Only benefit is it hurts more when your shoulders are forward so it is a reminder to pull them back.

I mean what can i say, it does everything it states and it's probably going to last years. What it is is a nylon strap, as you can see, it has a slightly softer piece thats the black strap. The black square part is what you throw on top of the door and close it, it gets trapped on the other side and holds that loop part up, or you can place it on the floor. Either way, it's mad so can pull it like a pulley almost to stretch legs and arms. It comes with a free video you can download as well. Stiching isn't great, and it's probably made very quickly like in china or something, but with that said, it's plenty strong and should last years. It's 16 bucks but really something like this should be like 8 bucks max lol. But dont let me scare you, it'll do the job.
