A little short
The heater cartridge works well however they are just a bit short on the Ender 3 Pro. They are still functional length but expect to have the fan cables sticking out further. Easy enough to extend the cable if that matters to you.

Two is one and one is none
I got these because I managed to completely destroy the heater cartridge during a heat block swap. They are a real pain to remove. But, reinstalling a new one is quick and easy. I picked up multiple because I always want to have a backup on hand just in case it is needed quickly.

My Go To
Order a couple of these throught the year. They are the correct length for my Ender 3 and work great. As someone who's had a tough learning curve with 3d printing I've ruined my share of heater cartridges there come in handy. I've also used it on my LK5 Pro. But that's required some wire splicing to increase length. Definitely recommend.
