Bad Remote
I ordered Thai remote because the volume button on the original remote was broken. The volume can only be turned down. On the “new” remote the up and down/side to side button is permanently pushed down and takes a few tries to get the channel to change or select an app, #SoreRedThumb. All of the other buttons worked fine except for the main one. I didn’t even try to return it, I didn’t even want the hassle of it. I could have just downloaded the app on my phone.

The remote is okay. The buttons are loose and works when it wants to. You have to press buttons multiple times in order for the tv to receive the control. It’s just okay...

Just as described
Remote cane just as described. No setting up needed, just batteries and it was usable immediately. No issues or complaints
