Product works, needs better design.
This wall outlet does work and passes HDMI 1.4. The depth of the 90 degree connections fits well within the wall cavity. The only problem I have with this is that it fits loosely in the keystone plate. It keeps popping out of the plate as I try to install the wall plate. I finally resorted to super gluing this keystone outlet into the wall plate. A tighter fitting would make this product better.Another design improvement would be to make this a 45 degree angle instead of 90. This way you could use multiple keystones within a wall plate.

Good Idea, but Poor Fit and Not Deep Enough
As another reviewer mentioned, there are issues with this popping out of the keystone wall plate. I was able to resolve the issue, but putting a spacer in the top latching mechanism to push it out a bit more, but I wasn't thrilled about the solution.The other issue that I had was with the distance between the 90 degree connector and the front of the wall plate. With an HDMI cable installed and placing this keystone insert near the top of the wall plate, there is insufficient room for the cable to seat properly because of the size of the HDMI cable's connector and the thickness of the drywall (1/2" interior wall). I abandoned using this insert and opted for the LEGRAND WP1234WH HDMI Keystone Insert instead.

Can't use them
These appear well made but I didn't read the review that says these are vertical mounted. I intended to put three of these in a 3 hole keystone plate. That can't be done. I've returned these for a different one that is straight through (I have plenty of room to go straight back). I wish I could have used these but they're not for me.

good idea but bad execution
I am installing a media center, with recessed boxes behind the media center and another behind the television. With that set up, I looked for the 90 degree couplers to allow for the hookup in the tight space. The first problem was that the clips don't hold the keystone firmly in place. I read of other people Super Gluing the keystone in place and so I did that successfully. Now that the keystones are in place I installed the insert into the box only to find out that the keystone is blocked by back of the box (not enough clearance. This was a waste of money. Listen to the product reviews, I refused to believe the product could possibly be that but... and I was wrong.

Exactly as advertised and works flawlessly great, easy installation. Everything looks professionally installed now. What should I add next ....

It is what it is.
It solved my problem for a very tight space in a table connection in a conference room. It just snaps in as any other Cat5 jack.
