So good!
The media could not be loaded. This is my first time looking into occultism. This book explains everything that you should need to know, step by step. Easy read. Explains everything very, very well. And it has a section that helps with fear. Which for me is kind of a must. I highly recommend, at least for a beginner anyway.

great once again
Having come from a background, where mysticism, occultism, alchemy and magic are all terminologies used in the dark arts, I’ve come to the humble realization that I wrongly judged thousands if not millions of people do to my own self righteousness. This book and all of the other books written by this author, were truly life-changing and extremely enlightening.

The basics
For an advanced student Of philosophy, mysticism, and occultism, this book will not do you much good. It gives you the basics of simple meditation with a little ritualistic spin. The best thing for advanced student about the book is the simple reminders that one needs to be focused And practice often to get noticeable results.Overall the book was written well, and the philosophies are on point so will not steer the novice in the wrong direction. Decent writer.

The Path of High Occultism
First, you should know that this is not a book of rituals or practical magick. If you’re looking for something like the works of the Gallery of Magick, this is not the book for you.Instead, this book presents a minimalist step-by-step guide to help you acquire the skills necessary to explore the inner/astral realms, communicate with non-physical beings, and eventually achieve mystical union with divinity. Indeed, there isn’t really any “magick” in the book; it is simply an approach for inner occult development that requires a lot of hard work and dedication from the reader. If you, like me, have experienced the reality of the occult and seek a defined path of spiritual development, then this book can help you walk that path. One of the things I appreciate the most about this book is that it’s not tied to any particular religious or magical systems. Most of the occult development courses I know of require working with certain entities, tools, or systems. All you need with this book is your mind, a candle, and a space to regularly practice in. This is good news for people who don’t have the freedom to be conspicuous about their occult practice. I can’t yet speak to the efficacy of the practices, as I’ve only just started. But I confidently rate the approach of the book as 5-stars.My only issue with the book is that I wish more care was given to editing. The grammar often falls short and I would hate for this to deter readers from such a fantastic book.

Hypnotic cover and remarkable book
For those who are on an independent and self-directed occult or mystical path, and who have never found straightforward, powerful teachings about this subject, this is what you have been looking for. This book will initiate you into the deep mystery of occultism, which the author calls “High Occultism”. This is an entirely different approach to occultism. The author knows that you can figure out a lot on your own if you put in the time and the necessary practice. Consequently, he doesn’t like to waste much time with theory and presuppositions and doesn’t want you just to read another book. Most people will read books about these subjects and then lose themselves in the complex details and intricacies. Gabriyell Sarom seems to have recognized that and has therefore decided to publish an elegant book that goes straight to the point.Of course, there are topics within this book that I wish the author would've explained more exhaustively, but this is justifiable due to the author’s mercilessly pragmatic approach. Some exercises are quite intensive even though they may look simple at first glance, and you must really master each step carefully along the way.I particularly enjoy the section about the exploration of the inner realms, and the sacred practices that use an inner temple (I’m fascinated by the exploration and interaction with nonphysical beings). This has evident influences from the secret teachings of other disciplines but without all the dogma and fluff that usually comes with them. All in all, this is a precious resource which I recommend to anyone interested in the arts of spirituality, mysticism and magick.

Ancient Knowledge that has been hidden for centuries
This book is an easy read where one can actually finish reading it in a day or two. It is well written and well organized. It brings some life changing techniques to the reader. It is knowledge that, back in the day, one could only learn it from an old man living in a mountain somewhere while waiting for a disciple to show up before it's too late. So far, the meditation techniques have improved my sustained attention and problem solving ability by at least 30%. If you are truly serious about following the path of High Occultism, you might wanna check out this book.

Great introduction to occultism
Very easy, straightforward, quick read. I read this in about 4 days give or take. This is an ideal book to buy for someone who is simply curious about what occultism is. The author explains everything wonderfully, and is very mind-opening. This book is “safe”, if you’re not sure whether you want to fully immerse yourself in the occult, or just quickly educate yourself on it. That being said, I recommend this as an introduction book to this practice.

A Little Annoying
The book is a little preachy but it's all right.

Renaissance of the Human Psyche
Gabriyell Sarom is an inspiring author. His three books can be considered simple and elaborated at the same time. Simple because they go straight to the point: they explain the what, why, and how of Occultism, Mysticism, and Magick. Elaborated because although occult practices are explained straightforwardly, and without fanfare, they do require a deeper understanding, dedication, and earnestness to be successful at them (and let’s not kid ourselves----they need years to grasp and master). You will read what you need to read and learn how to apply it, and the rest is left up to you. There’s no dogma, no preaching, no condescendence or disdain for other spiritual paths, disciplines, or teachings. It is very secular and shines a light on a multitude of obscure themes, always directing them towards what matters (the depth of your own self). But it certainly and directly denounces religion for having lost its original purpose and path whilst yet clinging to nonsensical dogma (which is seen in some of the reviews posted here claiming that this book is a “satanic” or “demonic” work. Such comments are so far away from what this book is and presents that I’m led to believe that those who wrote them haven’t read this book.)This book suggests that the goal of the Occultist (“High Occultist”) is to discover one’s own divine essence by making visible what seems to be occult, i.e., by bringing our own divine essence and God-consciousness to the foreground of our knowledge. This leads to the renaissance of the human psyche, transforming the mind and body into a higher spiritual yet functional version. However, throughout the book, it is clear that only occultists who are pure in heart and intention can successfully embark on this journey. As it says in the book: “Humans are born and die without tasting the natural divine rapture of life.” But it also shows the key to overcome such a fate: “Through occult and mystical practice, the student will open the gates to his celestial essence, finding his home in the unseen, yet more real than the seen.”I recommend this book as it illuminates the straightforward path of Occultism towards the ultimate conquest in Creation. It’s one of those books that you want to always have at hand, or even to gift to a friend who has heard about these subjects but couldn’t find a competent and suitable explanatory book. The whole series does a great job, and it will stay in my mystical collection.

Tolles Buch
