I like that it has a high count of probiotics with 11 different strains as well as helpful digestive enzymes and organic fruits and veggies and FOS all good for digestive and immune health. I did notice an improvement in regularity over the probiotics I was taking previously. A reasonable price for a month’s worth of improved digestion/bowel/immune function. I like that it is mostly organic, gluten free and vegan. I do wish it came in a glass bottle or even a biodegradable paper pouch to refill an original glass bottle. Also wish there were no silicon dioxide or rice flour in it.

After a doctor's visit and blood work, my doctor suggested that I start taking a multivitamin. So I researched the best multivitamin on the market. The tabs are easy to swallow. They do not have an aftertaste. After a few days, I noticed that I felt better, wasn't sluggish and had more energy. I also noticed that the dark circles that I had under my eyes (raccoon eyes) started disappearing. This was a first in years. I am 53 years old and this is the first time in my life that I have taken multivitamins. I feel amazing!!! This product is EXACTLY what I needed. I have never left an Amazon Review in my life, I always let other people do the work, but i felt it necessary to speak my opinion on this product. I have tried 15-20 probiotics over the course of the past two years ranging in price, size, and bacteria count and all were the same. I have been struggling with pretty bad bloating and over all stomach problems for years and its progressively gotten worse little by little. I saw this product as one of Amazons best reviewed and i figured what the hell I've tried every other kind, and low and behold after 2 days i noticed a giant difference. Foods i used to not be able to eat anymore i could eat again, drinks i could drink, and I didn't have to live in fear every time I ate or drank that i would become ill or in pain. I only noticed one small side effect at first, I was taking it in the morning and noticed a dull little headache like waking up from a long nap, i countered that by only taking one pill instead of two and taking it at night and wah-la! No headache, no stomach problems. Everyone is different, this product might not work for you but it has worked wonders for me and apparently many others. i highly recommend and would suggest to any friend or family dealing with similar issues. It has all the vitamins I need and more. I especially like that I can benefit from the Probiotics. But, I couldn't read the tiny print on the bottle with its ingredients so I went back to the Amazon site and was able to zoom in on a photo of them there. I am concerned that Iron is included. Men do not need to take iron supplements unless they have a history of anemia, low blood iron, chronic bleeding or lack of iron in their diet. A common symptom seen in men with iron overload is a loss of libido, shrinkage of testicles, erectile dysfunction and impotence. That's why we usually see Iron added to multivitamins for women who need about 3 times the RDA of Iron than men who can usually get enough from their diet. And, it was not at all clear to me that the 90 capsules I ordered were only a months supply - to be taken 3 times a day. I expected that, like most multivitamins, they were to be taken once a day. Also, they used magnesium citrate rather than glycinate. The latter is absorbed far better and is much more effective.

Do you feel sick from regular multivitamins? Well this one might work out for you. I haven’t noticed a difference in bowel movements, but I would say that I never feel queasy after taking this vitamin.
