What it is: Splat Complete Kits include everything you need for both the bleaching process and the color process. What it does: Splats Unique formula gives hair extremely vivid long-lasting color. It is fun and easy to use. What else you need to know: Splat all of your hair or just add a little color like: streaks ombre or dip dye. The possibilities are endless... Section off the hair you want to dip dye. Use a rubber band to isolate the ends. Bleach the ends of your hair following all of the bleach directions from Splat. Then apply Splat color to bleached ends after the hair is washed and dried completely. Use 1 color or several color to the strands of choice. Follow the all of the Splat coloring directions.

Splat was the first thing I ever used to color my hair and it has been way better than any other I have tried so won't be bothering with any other brand. It is easy to apply and lasts longer than some of the other ones I have tried.

Not like most splat dyes!
We usually love splat dyes. LONG lasting and very vibrant. For some reason no store had this in stock so my daughter asked me to order it here.Now we know why they don’t carry it.Has much more of a green cast in it, faded to a green almost immediately (1week!)Go for the blue!
