Off-label uses!
I'm actually using this to store the parts of my food processor attachment for my Cuisinart mixer. It's larger than I expected. I don't know how it would work for craft storage, but I imagine very well. The partitions insert securely and there are four spaces (three inserts) that are about 3 1/8" from one spacer to the next on the two middle compartments. There is a 1/8" space between the top of the partition and the lid, so things may slide to the next compartment even when the lid is secured, depending on what you plan to put in this. It "locks" securely with the latch. It's not airtight or waterproof by any means, so if you need it to be, for some reason, this is not going to work for you. There are rather large holes where the handle attaches which could allow dust, insects or moisture to get in. The lid is attached by an enclosed hinge that seems sturdy. There are also built in "feet" on the end opposite the handle, so you can set this on end without it tipping over. This would hold 4 X 6 to 5 x 7 photos easily. The interior dimensions of the functional space are 7 1/4" W X 13 3/4"L X 6 1/8" D. By functional space, I mean that while the interior dimensions are slightly larger, the inset for the handle and the hinge of the lid, mean that there is empty space in the corners that you can sort of see in the picture. While you might be able to use those corners to tuck other supplies, it will limit how many cards or pictures you are able to store. With all the spacers in, the compartments are 3 1/8" from one spacer to the next, excluding empty space in the corners of the front and back compartments. The bottom edges of the compartments are slightly rounded, but not so much that it would prevent you from storing cards or photos up to 7". Overall, it's a well built tote. Well worth the money I paid for the use I intend. There was a "cut" on the bottom of the tote that I received (probably from a box cutter when someone opened a bulk package). Since the cut doesn't go all the way through and my use is probably going to scratch it up anyway, I'm not too concerned. Might bother some people though.

Papercrafter here…and I love Artbin storage
As a card maker, various storage solutions are needed to handle not only my finished cards, but the many things used to create them. The semi satchel is versatile and I use it to store most of my paper and cardstock which I trim to 6x6. Finished 6x6 and 4x6 cards store wonderfully in the adjustable spaces allowing organization by size and occasion in the semi. I don’t jam it full. The finished work is delicate and I create a lot of dimensional cards. There are other art bin cases that work for the 5x7s The super satchel is ideal as I can adjust the compartments to allow 5x7s to be stored length-way. 2 semi satchels are half the size, and fit side-by side on top stacking perfectly. Most of my embossing folders also fit in semi satchel cases. There is a heavy duty carry case made for dies and which is quite sturdy. The dies and magnetic sheets require that, and I have multiples of all of these products. A significant investment of my time and money in equipment and supplies makes me want to store it all well. I’ve been migrating most of my supplies and card inventory to Artbin storage for a few years now. The photos attached are not all of the Artbin storage in my studio. I feel they are worth the money, and suggest DON’T stuff them full so you can flip through the contents.

I buy these satchels over and over again. I already have several. They are ideal for the storage of my craft items. And the handle is such a plus. Some of my satchels are quite heavy because I use them for the storage of my 6x6" printed craft papers. With the handle the lifting is made easy.

I have now purchased 3 of these bins. They are the perfect size for 6x6 or smaller paper pads. I store hand made card supplies in these bins such as card bases, envelopes, embossing folders, paper pads, completed cards. The bins are strong and sturdy. The handle is thick and can take wear and tear. The dividers inside have preset slots but can also be removed. Extremely happy with these bins!. They won't disappoint.
