Swanson NAC - N-Acetyl Cysteine - Supplement 600 mg 100 Capsules (3 Pack)

These pills really help me breath easier. I was finally able to quit smoking and I was breathing better of course. When I started taking these it was amazing how my lungs went into overdrive to get rid of what I thought was long gone. Even with my allergies these help considerably. It seems if I take more at night before I go to sleep it works the best. They are a bit big big but not to hard to swallow. Swanson is a great brand when it comes to safety and proper packaging. I also love the price compared to others. If you take nad and or CoQ10 this greatly improves the ATP process thus supplying more energy quicker.. EXCELENT PRODUCT AND ON TIME

A family member uses NAC to curb skin picking compulsions. It's hard to find in drug stores in my area, so I ordered this set of 3 bottles just for the convenience. After switching from the drug store brand to this company, I have seen no change in effectiveness. That is, taking NAC continues to help ease the compulsion to pick. It's worked for us, there are no side effects, so it's worth a try. This set of 3 bottles is priced great! I got 3 for the price that I would pay for 2 in the drug store. I couldn't be happier with this product.

Health and wellness.

This was a replacement for another vendor/source, which has been unavailable to a several weeks. This brand works exactly as i expected and is a good value.

I think this works well, but not as well as the NAC made by Designs for Health. Eventually this made me have a histamine intolerance, which may have happened with the Designs for Health brand, too. The important point is that NAC should be used short term only- like up to 3 months. It's a precursor to glutathione so can be excellent for sealing up leaky gut, along with a healing diet and killing back pathogen overgrowth. But, like I said, just use it short term. I prefer Designs for Health's effectiveness and their potency is 900 mg., which is ideal, whereas this one by Swanson is cheaper (which is why I tried it) and only has 600 mg. per capsule.

The order came very fast. I just started using this so it will be a little while before I will be able to comment on the products quality
