worked well out of the box. Nice and bright, fits all my pretty bands that I already have. Took more than a week to arrive. SELLER. DO YOU WANT MY OLD ONE? It works, just doesn't light up anymore.

So very disappointed in the FitBit Charge 3. Bought one in 2019, and while I like the functions that seem to be accurate, the fact that in less than a year, both the brand new one, and the refurbished one I purchased in 2021 had the screen fail. It starts with fading and lines through the display and eventually it goes completely dark. It still works and you can view the data on the phone app, but what good is it to not be able to access its information directly from the watch. The company I purchased new one from through Amazon did not respond in a timely manner and when they wanted a picture of the failure, I was told I just needed to charge it so I could see the data...NO! The screen is failed and trying to show them did not change their mind and then the 1 year replacement had expired. Amazon was absolutely no help. I foolishly (hindsight is always 20/20) but I tried again with a referbished watch. Ya, nope this one failed in the same manner and of course, once again less than a year and no help was provided. Don't buy a FitBit. I'm in search of a different brand that has better customer service and reliability.

A lot of reviews were worrying since many report problems with the fitbit. However, mine works wonderfully, in GREAT condition and functions like brand new. Apparently this product is a gamble and got lucky!

I have enjoyed the Fitbit. It's a great way to help you remember to move and realized just how sedentary we actually are. The app is easy to use, fairly uncomplicated to set up. It has the weather/ current temp on it, so that's cool. It can usually tell without me telling it if I am walking on a treadmill or using an elliptical and count that toward my day. However, it did throw a false positive and thought I got my steps while driving for 2 hours. The food and water tracking options are there, but I find I still use My Fitness Pal and a different water app because they have more features. I was hoping to be able to use the watch to help keep up with my water/ add to my total but I can't. The watch has froze up on me once and I had to Google how to fix it and found that in the forums. It holds a charge well and recharges quickly. However the packaging I received was horrible, just the watch and an extra band and charger in a little cardboard box. No documentation, how to's, nothing. It felt like a bought a second handed item and that did not make for an aesthetic gift presentation. The box wasn't even printed with a logo. Just brown cardboard. I can't hold this against the product but the delivery was much less than expected. If I bought a refurbished/ returned item, I was not made aware of it but that is what it looked like when I opened it.

Bought this for my son as a birthday present . He loves it .

This tracker does not charge. It is not the charging cable. This is such a disappointment.

I am going to return. The light on the watch gave me problems since I had it but now it's completely out.

Charges fast and battery lasts for about 4 days depending on use. The display is black and white and looks great. You can get notifications on it if you want and it keeps track of sleep, steps, and workouts. Can’t beat the price and quality.
