Bought these for resistant bands at home. I purchased two sets to have multiple levels and these work fantastic. I will say the screws the came with them work great but they are easily stripped by power tools, I had to use my own screws on one because I ended up stripping 4 screws trying to get this mounted on a 4x4 piece of wood. I would suggest either predrilling a smaller hole then using the screw or if you're relying on self tapping to whatever you're mounting to, go to your local hardware store and get some decent M8 stainless steel self-tapping screws with "flushed" heads.With the whole cheap screws, I do believe they are adequate enough even for heavy weights. They are however the weakest point and if you need absolute secured mounts, get some nice ones from the hardware store.

I was searching for a way to permanently mount my TRX suspension straps in the master bedroom yet remain hidden when I was not using them. I came up with the idea of using a permanent anchor mounted inside the closet. I decided on using the header stud framing the door opening. I used the strap anchor shape to spread the load out a little more and to ensure that the bifold doors cleared the anchor. A couple of pilot holes drilled, a couple minutes of screwing the strap anchor into place and snapping in the carabiner, and I had a great anchor system. I clipped the TRX extension strap onto the stainless steel carabiner and then mounted the straps onto the extension. This gives me a perfect length for the straps as they hang in the center of the door opening, does not interfere with opening or closing the bifold doors, and neither the anchor nor the straps can be seen with thd doors closed. So now I can start using my TRX at a moment's notice, and my wife is happy that they are not visible in the bedroom. The hardware was very nicely finished, all parts were included, and it seems pretty strong. Nothing has broken or pulled out as I do my workouts.

I used these to attach to a wall on either side of some ladders I have leaning against the wall. I then use a bungee cord to ensure the ladders never fall into my car. Easy to install and very well made.

I bought these to attach to a beam in my garage to then attach resistance bands to to do cable crossovers for chest and they are completely secure. I use heavy resistance and I am a big guy and I have no concern that these are going to break or come out of the beam. Also, the carabiners that come with them are fantastic! Really good quality with no sharp edges. Nice and thick and just the right size to attach multiple resistance bands too. I liked the carabiners so much I bought 2 more of these kits just for the carabiners.

There was a previous review that states the screw broke as it was being installed. The same happened to me. 1 screw as I was installing broke the head off. If you want this item, look at getting your own screws. I am still using the hook but with my own screws and it works great. I use elastic bands for working out and it is perfect.

Great quality. Easy to install. I replaced some eye hooks with this product to hold up a tarp over my patio. Screw length was long enough to reach the 2x4 studs in the wall. Did I tell you that it looks great too.

Good and sturdy product. I was unexpectedly impressed when I got my hands on the set. I think these are going to hold up for a long time. One note, depending on use, you may get a small clanking noise from the metal hitting. I don't have the issue with my use, but without any weight on the clip I was able to hear the clank noise.

Ordered 3 sets of these to install in my suburban for hanging curtains. (Making the back convert into a “camper”) They work GREAT! FYI the screws that were included were a little long for my particular project so if you want to install them in the side or ceilings of your vehicle, just grab some shorter screws and you are good to go!
