Kärcher26331440 Window Vacuum Extension Set, Black, 150 x 250 x 1170

I thought this might be a bit of a silly purchase but decided to give it a go. We have a Karcher window vac and it’s a great bit of kit but it can be a struggle to reach windows behind furniture, higher windows, to openers and the bay windows. This kit worked far better than I expected, and made it much easier and quicker to clean and dry all the windows, not just the hard to reach ones due to the extra reach and leverage requiring less arm movement to cover the window area.

Used to give added functionality to my Karcher window cleaner, as otherwise cleaning my downstairs windows would involve getting out some steps and a concomitant shifting of plant pots or of step feet to avoid plants,all of which represented a bit of a faff. As a piece of kit the extensions are well made and sufficiently rigid to be effective when it comes to the wiping and drying of windows. It means that I am incentivised to keep my windows cleaner,as cleaning takes less time and effort. With practice I have found that I can achieve similar (and sometimes better!) finishes than when I was getting up close and personal with the panes. While light to use,the poles handle positively and are easy to pack away. All things considered,a good buy.

We bought these to go with the Karcher window vac for our son and daughter-in-law's new house.They have told us it works brilliantly and makes the job of cleaning a high out-of-reach internal window. Two very happy people.

If you can no longer climb steps these are a great aid to cleaning your windows. First rate.

I love my Kärcher window vacuum , but with tall windows I can't reach the top - hence buying this. It's pretty expensive for what is essentially a handle. But it does have a relatively nifty device to strap the vacuum onto it. However, it's easy to end up with the clip covering the button that operates the vacuum - it's a pretty tight fit - certainly on the model we have (WV5). The set comes with all kinds of bits in it, but I've only used the basic extension - which does the job. I think I would find it difficult to control if it extended any longer - the vacuum itself is pretty heavy,.

Have purchased initially for my shop window together with hand held marcher window cleaner and together they have saved me a small fortune in window cleaners. Takes 20 mins to clean my shop front and can get to highest corners easily. Grips tight and easy to adjust. I also take it home and can wash all my own windows at home. Excellent money saver.

I am disabled, and unfortunately can no longer use step ladders of any type, due to my 'balance' problem, and even though I only have a bungalow it was impossible to do the top 8" of any of my windows, until I bought this set !I assembled one of the 2-part poles easily, but the second one was problematic, and I had to resort to silicone spray to assemble it, I just hope I never want to take the poles apart, I suspect it would be impossible.All the instructions for assembly are on the 2 sides of the box, I was worried as I read a review that said there were no instructions, but in any case there is also a QR code on the box that will take you to a video on the Kärcher website, so there is no need to worry !It would have been great if you could alter the angle of the microfibre head, it is a fixed angle and unless you can step back far enough from your windows (I can't because the path/garden) it is impossible to use, the fitting for the actual Kärcher though DOES have an angle adjustment on it, so there was no problem with that, but I can't use the microfibre head, because only the very bottom of the head touches the window - it needs redesign with a swivel head !Conclusion :Great for the Karcher itself, but in any case the microfibre pole and head were totally useless, so beware if you can't move 4-5 feet away from your windows to get the angle right.My Kärcher WV5 was easy to use though, and I personally had no problems attaching it either.I would point out that I only used the pole at its shortest length, so I can't comment on whether there is a stability problem if you used them at their full extensionI LOVE my Kärcher WV5 but as only one of the extension rods are of any use, I have deducted 2 stars, if they had made the microfibre head adjustable (articulated) then I would have given it 5 stars, the design team must have been too tired (or asleep ?) to think about it after doing the head for the Kärcher itself... such a shame` !

When I extended it to the max for cleaning, the window vacuum was still securely intact. Awesome product!

Lo adquirí para poder limpiar mis ventanas por la parte afuera, ya que es un poco complicado hacerlo, con esta extensión si se logra llegar a los lugares más lejanos... pero si te hace aplicar un poco más de fuerza para que logre limpiar de manera adecuada. fuera de eso, cumple con su función sin problema.
