The make of the product isnt very good. Very uncomfortable to use.
The qality of the product is substandard and the product is very uncomfortable to use. I've used other Plantronics headsets and they are good, durable and comfortable. The foam of the ear piece is not good and looks like it will shread after a couple of uses. The display images doesnt show the earpiece at all so you cant really find out until the product is delivered. The over-head band doesnt sit right on the head due to which it feels very uncomfortable.

Comprei para a minha esposa usar no trabalho. Muito confortável, som excelente e sem ruídos, não machuca a orelha, ótimo no atendimento dela. Como ela é suporte, ficar as 6h20 de trabalho não fica cansativo. Excelente produto, pode ir sem medo. Quanto à entrega, é padrão Amazon, né? Sem demora, cumprindo o prazo e pontualíssimo.
