I love this thing! Quality and function. With that said, as a potential consumer, let me just tell you it's a bit tricky to get use to using. The biggest would the the torque when it's fully extended. Meaning, the longer you have it extended the more torque the water pressure will be and makes it more challenging to control. Great water pressure BTW. Think of it as a rocket at the end of a long pole. Your hand placement on the wand will be key, keep them apart vs together. Trying to keep the water angled along the gutter and moving/sliding the wand along the gutter can get a bit tricky. Big tip is not to stand directly under it, but rather angle the end of the wand away from where you're standing. Try 30-45* to your left or right before turning on the water, and walk in the direction of the end. It'll save you from splashing the stuff in your gutters onto you. The switch to turn on and off the water on the wand is not the best design eighter. Not a trigger, but rather a turning nob, which makes it tricky to turn off while the water is on. Aside from those minor issues, I would still recommend it. Makes gutter cleaning so fast. Messy, but fast!

This product worked well for me. There are gutter guards on my rental, on which leaves and debris had accumulated and began solidifying (had weeds growing.) I think that if the actual gutters themselves had been full this probably wouldn’t have been powerful enough, but with some patience and elbow grease, it did the job for me.Pros: relatively light weight, easy to connect and use, the fan shape of the spray nozzle helps scoop out debris, surprisingly powerful for a garden hose attachment, the valve section actually unscrews from the attachment itself, which means that you can switch out your attachment heads if necessary without turning off your hoseCons: I wish it was longer or had an optional attachment. If you’re doing your gutters regularly and live on a one story house, this length is fine, but if you’re like me and don’t wash them out enough, you might find you need more length to really get under the leaves and blast them out. I ended up buying a paint roller pole extender from Lowe’s and zip tying them together. I also wish there was a tiny bit more range of motion in the head. I found that the most effective method for the state of my gutters was to try and get under the debris from the side. If it went a full 90 degrees, I would have been able to easily rotate the device and do this from straight on. As it was, I ended up having to stand off to the side due to the max angle of the head, and it just became awkward. I would also love the ability to lock the head at a specific angle. I ended up spraying myself a lot because I would knock the head against something and it would change the angle and spray back at me.All in all, despite the few complaints, it saved me an expensive visit from the professionals, so that was well worth a soggy day and sore arms.

The length of this was *just* long enough to reach my gutters from the ground. However, I'm not tall, and the gutters are a bit high.As another reviewer also said, it sprayed me and I got quite wet. Use the valve at the bottom of the wand to shut off the water, then put the nozzle in the gutter before you open the valve. Shut the valve off before you take the nozzle out of the gutter. There's a lot of pressure so you still may get sprayed a bit!The wand came with no instructions but it's easy enough to figure out.Twist the silver nozzle to change the direction it sprays.Pull out the extending portion, tighten down the black ring. Loosen the black ring to collapse the wand.I was really surprised at the amount of pressure from this wand, it "blasted" everything out of the gutter.After the hose was disconnected I opened the valve at the bottom of the wand and there was still pressure in the wand, so I think there may be a one-way valve inside.I just got this device. If it lasts for a few seasons I'd call this a fantastic value.

Well it extends far...i was bad to assume engineering would have been forthcoming in design to realize by one simple change....would not only make this product useful outdoors all summer long..but also an amazing price..JUST...by simply making the threading to fit waterin attachments...a watering head with 8 spraying options....winsdow washind... high hanging baskets....i naturally being a thinker...bought this because there is nothing out with such a long extension for watering high places or hard to reach garden areas...I was not aware that the threading was proprietory to just that purpos and fitting...so the watering heads i have will not work and this item is only useful for cleaning things out doors..i did try the changing pressure with the valve..nope..so if u want a limited use product that u may only use twice a year. Great!...exellent and solid...but if u live in the times and mindset of multi use..people want to have home tools that are multi purpose so they can avoid having a gazillion product for various home agendas...so bad idea...I WILL keep it cus it will also be great for washing my car..and loan it to my neighbor to clean their gutters....as well i will just find a thread adapter to change it to garden connection..light bulb!!...just though of that while writing this!...so if i am successful then i will end up with an awesome multi multi use productBut every thing else about it for intended purpose? Rock solid..smooth and secure extentions and pressure is just awesome!!! If i aim if at the ground...wrap myself around it and turn it on wile attched to my 100 foot hose...i can just hydro hover around the yard!!
