This has baking soda!!!
Originally switched over to Meow Meow tweet because another popular natural deodorant brand caused my pits to break out in a rash. Tried the lavender and the grapefruit with no issues whatsoever. Decided to try the tea tree and I love the smell! Probably blocks the smell the best. Woke up this morning with a painful rash on my armpits. My own fault for not double checking the ingredients, but I figured they’d all have the same formula. Now I’m stuck with an almost full deodorant that I can’t use. So, if you are sensitive to baking soda - I found out the hard way for you, but go with the grapefruit or lavender so you don’t end up spending $ for a rash, because it’s an expensive mistake to make.

BEWARE! Baking Soda!
The Meow Meow Tweet grapefruit deodorant is my all time favorite, but Amazon was out of it when I needed to order more so I thought I would try this scent instead. I didn’t realize that this is a totally different formulation AND it contains baking soda! I decided to give it the benefit of the doubt because I love the company so much (even though I know I’m sensitive to baking soda, which is how I found this company in the first place). It was not creamy at all - very grainy and hard to spread. It separated into little tiny balls on my skin and got all over everything. I added a few drops of tea tree oil to make it creamier and it helped enough that I was able to use it for 3 days straight, but it was still quite stiff and grainy. Then on the 4th day after I applied it my skin suddenly started to burn and turn red. I had to completely wash it off and couldn’t wear any deodorant for two days until the irritation healed. The company should stick to the baking soda free formula which is a much better consistency and non reactive to sensitive skin. The Tea Tree formulation should have a big warning on it that is does contain baking soda so that customers who can’t tolerate the baking soda won’t buy it by accident as I did.

I have been using this deodorant for a year and I have been very happy. With regular deodorant I would frequently stress sweat .
I wanted to reduce the chemicals I was exposing myself and my baby to. I have been using this deodorant for a year and I have been very happy. With regular deodorant I would frequently stress sweat through my clothes and it would leave residue that would build up over time. I find that this deodorant does a much better job of controlling stress sweat and doesn't leave the heavy residue. The best part is that it actually works when you reapply. If I want to freshen up at the end of the day to go out or stay in, I can just reapply and feel as fresh as I did after applying after a shower in the morning. I could never do that with regular deodorant. Regular deodorant never seemed to take away the smell when reapplying, but this does. I also find I smell less even when sweating a lot. It is almost like it doesn't fight with your natural odor like regular deodorant does. Yes I smell a little after a long day in the hot sun, but it is almost pleasant and you can reapply to instantly get rid of the odor. That was never the case with regular deodorant. The biggest difference is that my armpits feel and look better. I always had little red bumps in my arm pits, which I thought was from shaving. It turns out it was from regular deodorant.

Pricey, but works
I’ve been wanting to try this brand for awhile, so when I ran out of my usual (Schmidt’s in bergamot/lime), I bought this. The jar is small, but it doesn’t take much— maybe a pea-sized amount for each armpit. I expect it will last close to 6 months. The smell is very much tea tree, so if that’s not your thing, maybe try a different scent. The texture is a bit grainy, too; similar to almond meal, but it melts down just fine. The paste is also pretty pliable and doesn’t require a stick unless you refrigerate it, so that’s also a plus. It keeps me smelling great all day, even on hot days. Will I re-purchase it? I might in the future, but given its price (as with most other natural deodorants), I’ll wait for a sale.

Works well, lasts a long time, but can be hard on skin
I bought this in June 2020, having used Lavilin's cream, but disliking the steep price for it. This does work, and it works well for me: I only used it 1-3 times per week, normally after workouts. The only downside is, as others mention, the baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) cause a bit of occasional pain. Unlike others, my skin seemed to adapt in time.Compared to other options, it's a great value; however, I've since mixed coconut oil, baking soda, corn starch, and tea tree oil, and ended with a paste that does a similar job for pennies on the dollar.

Liked it originally but it went bad fast (see photos)
I really enjoyed using it & the scent. The natural deodorant works great for the few weeks I could actually use the product. It was a little to thick at times to apply. The big issue I have is how fast it spoiled & grew something weird (black & white spots) mold/bacteria (see photos) so I had to throw it away. I bought it around May 15 & didn’t open it until July or August a few months later. It was fine when I opened it. Every time I used it I had freshly washed hands. It went bad within less than 2 months & I used it only about 10 times between using other deodorants. This photo was taken when I went to use it again in September/early October & was shocked to see it went bad & was not usable. That is way too fast for a $16 jar of deodorant. I had to throw an almost full jar away because of the science experiment going on it in so it was a waste of my money & the product. I can’t recommend it based on it spoiling way to fast even if it was a nice product to use the few times I was able to use it.

Way to expensive for the average guy
It works. It’s no better than other plastic ocean polluting brands but I’m not filthy rich enough to invest an extra $11 every time I buy deodorant. This is really really expensive. To prevent my wife from getting scammed again I’m going to buy four or five sticks of the regular stuff next time it’s on sale. It worked to prevent her from buying those ritzy shampoo bars. Those are even worse! $17 for abar of soap that lasts a fraction of the time a full bottle lasts! I love the environment, but I must be in the wrong tax bracket to care that much.

Works great for me
Natural deodorants work differently for everybody. I happen to love this one. Meow meow tweet has some with baking soda and some without. This one has baking soda. Some people have a reaction to baking soda. Sometimes you have to go through quite a few different natural deodorants to find one that actually works with your body.

Works really well.
Love it, it has worked better than any shop bought deodorant/antiperspirant. Slightly tingly when applying (feels like mint?) but for the whole day I'm good, even during the really hot summer days. I haven't had the need to reapply even when I'm out skateboarding the whole day. It also feels gentle on the skin, I don't get excessive dryness and flaking that I get from most deodorants. This will probably last me quite a while too, as you really don't need to apply that much.
